Productions varying from BAD ZU‘s ‘African Vibes’ straight out of Moscow, a contribution from the footwork world aka Nangdo’s ‘Dunkie Butt’, a deep cut by Berlin based Jason Heath, along ‘Originators’ by the UK soundsystem supercrew made up of Zed Bias, MC Trigga, Specialist Moss & Killa Benz named Madd Again! feat. Mr. Willamz, followed by another refreshing UK contribution titled ‘Black Beat’ from DVA Music‘s own Shy One and debuts by Sooma and Hamburg duo Sidehustle. Last but not least, we have some heavy #rainbowbass munition courtesy of Bukez Finest, Kabuki, Schockglatze and of course your usual suspects out of TMS camp spreading the vibes.

In bester DJ Spinbad Manier werden hier 80s Songs sowie Filmsountracks zu einem Mix verpackt. Das Ganze ist angelegt an die großartige Serie “Stranger Things” , welche ich auch jeden empfehlen kann!
Neue EP von Oddisee ! Der Garant für qualitativen Output und eine verdammt gute Liveshow dropt hier mal eben die kostenlose EP “Alwasta” mit insgesamt sieben Tracks! Weiter geht´s im Mai mit einem neuen Instrumental Album, einigen Livegigs bei Festivals im Sommer und dem Nachfolger zu “The Good Fight” im Herbst. Sudanese-American hiphop artist Oddisee’s new EP, “AlWasta,” takes its title from the Arabic colloquial term used to mean (to use colloquial English) “the plug.” The term “wasta” comes from the Arabic word “wasat,” meaning “middle” or “middleman,” and describes a member of the community who acts as a connector using their wealth of social currency. Understanding the value of social currency & how to use it (for better or worse) is what Amir Elkhalifa aka Oddisee focused on as the primary inspiration for his writings.
